If you google this you’ll find loads of suggestions but to honest none of them are that great. Seriously go and get some canestan or diflucan, they’re the only things that really get rid of it.
Acidophillus Yogurt.
Eat it to reduce the yeast levels in your body.
Some people dip a tampon in it to address the lower end itch.
